In 1995, LaDonyae Thomas began her literary journey by writing poetry. Before publishing her first book in 2017, LaDonyae wrote curriculums for childcare centers and Sunday School lessons that helped shape her gift. Compelled by her passion for self-expression, she published her first book, “I’m A Christian But Broke: 7 Biblical Truths Why Christians Are Not Prosperous.” Since then, LaDonyae has lent her voice to poetry, fiction, children’s stories, self-help books, devotionals and more. With over two decades of experience, LaDonyae continues to refine her distinct style, inspired by Psalm 45:1 to be “the pen of a ready writer” and “blessed-selling author.”
